CX Leadership Advisory
What is the CX Leadership Advisory Program? The CX Leadership Advisory Program is our flagship offering. You’ll be paired with a expert advisor with experience in your specific CX function, who will guide you through a series of eight sessions crafted specifically to unblock existing challenges and up-level your skillset.
Who is a good fit for the Advisory Program? This engagement is ideal for:
Series A/B/C leaders looking to skill up existing talent vs. hire a fractional leader
Sr. individual contributors or first line CX leaders looking to build strategic muscles in prep for growth
Leaders taking on new or additional CX functions
Leaders stepping into a CX executive role for the first time
Any CX leader looking for a safe, unbiased space to pressure test strategy with trusted CX experts
How is this different from general or executive coaching?Leading Customer Experience goes beyond people management. It requires strategic decisions, cross-functional influence, scalable programs, new technologies, and aligning customer outcomes with business goals. Our coaches are seasoned CX operators who've built the functions you now run. They guide you through playbook-free challenges—organizational design, AI strategy, executive communication, and long-range planning. This is practical, hands-on guidance from people who've done it.
